LOL. I don't think I'd tell 'professional types' my DH was a JUNKIE. They might call the cops on you. Tell them you are an Artistic Redesigner, or how about Landscape Repurposer?

Many of us prefer the term "JUNKER" which indicates that we remake, reuse, and repurpose JUNK as a hobby. Some of us are indeed addictive personalities (as would be suggested by the word "Junkie") but our addictions are creative and not self distructive.

In this politically correct society of ours, perhaps Holly should just tell them that you are "GREEN"....even though all of us junkies know full well that we just like junk...period!!! But, Green is the term of the decade....and we've all been practicing recycling, repurposing, and rethinking for a very long time...it's everyone else who's just catching up! :-)

Also if you want to make it sound just a tad more exotic We are Junquiers specializing in Junquetiques.
