Keep those prayers coming!

Some of you are aware that we've had my mom's house up for sale since February, and I wanted to let you know that we have a contract on the house and so far, so good! We're scheduled to go to closing next Wednesday, so I would appreciate all of your prayers that this will actually go to closing and all will go smoothly! I've talked with the folks who are buying the house (since they are going to be my next door neighbors) and they seem very nice. And, as an added bonus, they are bringing horses with them...which delights my DD more than you can know!

Sounds like things are going well, especially getting 'nice neighbors with horses!!! I'd be thrilled at that. Will keep prayers coming for this to go smoothly and soon be a done deal for you.

Hoping it works out for you, it's been a long wait!! But horses are a plus & that manure they give off when dried makes great fertilizer!! They will probably be willing to give you some!! DD loves horse I take it, hope they have some kids her age to sweeten the deal!! Jan

Good luck with finalizing the sale! And it is great that your future neighbors seem so nice and will have horses. I'd be excited about having horses next door too! I hope everything goes smoothly and you will get plenty of manure to fertilize your garden and your DD will have some great 4 legged friends. Where is a St. Joseph statue when you need one?
