| okay I was just flicking through the tv and antiques road show was on. A lady bought a table years ago at a gs for $30, the twins were so excited to see it they told her on a good day at auction it could go for $250,000 to $300,000. She took it to auction and it sold for$490,000.omg, I think I would have hit the floor and not come around for a few minutes if it were me. In July I was fortunate enough to go to the road show when they were in Milwaukee. I thought $250 was a great estimate for an old book I have, I am just in awe over that sale of the table. |

| It sure does nona, I have so much stuff. I just cringe when I think of what my Aunts threw away when my father died. My dad lived with my grandparents (my parents divorced many years ago) My grandparents and my dad never threw any thing away. When I was allowed to go to the house boy did I get some stuff. Lousit should post the VERY heavy fire hydrant I brought to her.ha ha |
