So sorry you've had ebay issues Kathy. You can also file a coplaint with ebay. They're pretty good at resolving issues and the sellers usually will cooperate as well.

That sucks! I try to stay away from eBay because I end up spending too much money. I had one bad experience. I bought a beautiful rustic wooden lamp, paid and the seller shipped it out. I waited and waited and waited and finally asked him for the tracking number. I told him I never got it. He said it was delivered and gave me the date. I was horrified because I thought UPS might have left it on the porch and it got stolen. The seller felt so bad, he made another lamp for me and sent it. I got that one. It wasn't nearly as pretty.

The seller contacted me a week or so later. Said he got my original lamp back because UPS delivered it to the wrong address. Thank goodness the people didn't decide to keep it! lol The seller sent my original lamp and when I asked if I should send back the 2nd one, he told me to keep it. I thought that was very sweet.
