Desertrat~ Our lawyer sent him two letters and told him that according to the law he had to remove the fence over the easement and that if he didn't, we could remove it and put in a cattle guard, but that it would not keep his animals in, so, I guess he finally figured that he was going to have to move it anyway and decided he didn't want to pay for a lawyer to go to court to fight it. Whatever his reason, I'm just glad it's coming down. We did wake up to the two cows asleep in our yard, but, it's not the animals I have a problem with...it's the person who doesn't take care of them properly. Thanks again!

Great news, Marlene...hoping this will be the beginning of a better relationship...if there needs to be one. Cows are nice animals...but, alas, they love to eat gardens! Jeanne S.
