| Because she is a very health conscious young lady, and because she felt a little "puffy" from all her long travels, JT decided to join me at the gym...she made friends with Alyssa at the front desk
and Dave, the manager
she even trained with Dustin! He appears quite taken with her in this picture. HEY JT...he's MY trainer!
She did cardio on the bike, JT HATES cardio but she knows its good for her heart
The little rascal got a bit cocky with the weights though and had an unfortunate "incident" with the dumb bells!!!
All in all it was a good time in the Mason Dixon area...and where she's off to next...is anybody's guess...maybe she will spend Turkey Day with YOU!!!!

| What fun! lol! Glad the folks at your gym were sweet enough to pose with her. I like how you gave her a headband to wear too so the sweat wouldn't get in her eyes. These pics always bring a smile to my face. TFS! |

This post sure had me confused. JT at the gym? What the ?! She's sitting right here, looking out the window and watching the birds at the feeder!
