Well, we're an hour into 2009 here in Melbourne so I wanted to wish my Garden Junk family a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year!!

It's a good old year now my son got in to LAX tonight & is here!! Hoping he is not starting New Year off with cold, they put him in 1st class in Denver (free upgrade) & it was very "breezy" he's been up since 4am their time so he is tucked off to bed. Saw some of fireworks from over your way Cait!! We've got couple hours to go!! HOpe they don't make lot of noise & wake him up. Very quiet right now. Happy New Year everybody!!! Jan

Well, the first day of the New Year is drawing to a close.
I hope it started out well for all of you.
I celebrated by going to GW and spending too much. LOL

We spent our New Years Eve with 3 other couples. Had great conversation, great munchies, hubby and friend played some good music. A very relaxed evening. I even made it until midnight without falling asleep LOL. Had to drink coffee & tea, though.
