| so excited, found this treasure at a TS, i wanted to do a carosel pony but this is even better, however not sure how to finish it, paint, mosaic or just wash with darker and varathane, it is like papermache.. and only $5!

| That is a wonderful find! If it is that papermache material, I would hesitate about using it outside. I had a link to a site with an awesome mosaiced carousel-like horse but I can't find it. Although a decoupaged version would be pretty too (and probably a lot lighter so the papermache would support it). I can't wait to see what you do with it. |

| Wow!! Great find! If it were mine, I would decoupage it with all kinds of scrappin' papers or wrapping papers ... old music sheets, lilac prints & old flower prints, etc. etc. (using ModPodge, probably) Couldn't be outside but would look wonderful on porch among indoor plants! Unusual find!!! TFS! Jeanne S. |
