Has anyone found a way to remove the gold writing on blue Saratoga water bottles? It seems like I've tried everything.

No...I gave up on that...just left it ...it wasn't a Saratoga but gold writing on some other blue bottle.

Interesting challenge: if I can find one of those bottles tomorrow I'll spend some time on it.

It's even more difficult than I thought because I can't find a bottle.

So I went to the source and here is their reply.
Dear Mr. Murray,
Thank you for contacting us, the printing on the glass is ACL (applied ceramic label), it is baked on and hardened and we have never had luck trying multiple techniques for removal. The only way we have ever been able to come close is by buffing it off but obviously that leaves the glass scratched as well. Sorry.
Sincerely,
Adam, SSWC Customer Service

That's really nice when a company takes the time to reply to someone. I wish there would have been an easy solution.

Thank you Mr. Murray for your time. I guess I will just use them on my bottle trees.
