If you look above the new/most recent posts, there's a link to the right that says "switch to discussions" in parentheses, click on that and it will take to you to the "conversations" side

My bad...the top says "On Topic discussions", the link to the right says "switch to conversations"...should have checked first..LOL

Switching from On-Topic Disscussions to Off-Topic Conversations....

It's on the first page of the Garden Junk forum and right under Messages. It looks like this:

On-Topic Discussions [Switch to: Conversations]
