| and I snagged it! hubby gonna make me a bench for the front porch with it.... gonna turn footboard upside down [some damage in top] and make it that way so it matches the headboard, with the fancy edge down toward the bottom on it and the fancy part up top on headboard |

| Very nice. You could add a half round trim on top of the damaged area if you wanted to use it the other way. It will make a great bench. |

| darn it.... i knew i should have hid it till we cut into it.... daughter came in saw it and had a fit....so i guess i will use her bed[antique four poster] for a bench instead.... she broke the rail hole in the headboard so it cant be used as a bed anymore anyway..... |

| Cool! My dh made us a really nice bench from a set the resale shop across the alley threw away. First nice day I am off it is my job to get it painted. Tally Ho! |
