This is something I thought up one night when I couldn't sleep.I used an old rusty barrel ring,chicken wire,little pitcher I got from dump,plus made these paper flowers.Got a board from my DH and wood burned the saying on it...Added a crystal drop to pitcher to mimic a water drop plus used lace off of a slip my mother had(passed since 2005.This will stay on my back porch plus got curtains hung out there so no problem with them getting wet.{{gwi:138681}}

A bicycle wheel would work with the chicken wire too!

Very lovely!! I have a couple of rings that I have been thinking about doing something with. I hadn't thought of chicken wire. Thanks for sharing!! I also think of things to make when I can't sleep. lol

Great idea...love the paper flowers and using lace from your mom's slip is a neat idea too.

What a nice remembrance of your mom! The pic on the watering can, the lace slip piece & sign & roses & the heart(looks like a little purse) A lovely way to remember her! TFS Jan

That is WONDERFUL. I will add it to our GJ Misc Inspiration album. I couldn't believe those flowers are made from paper!
