Do you actually plan the shape of each plate? I mean, like the other glass flower picture of yours, I saw that both plates had a ruffled edge.
Do you plan it like that or can any two or three plates make the flower?

And on this glass flower, is the red a third plate?
I know, I am asking a lot of questions but I can already picture a few of these in my gardens, with the sun shining on them and the reflection on the rocks. Love the look of yours!

Thanx, all of you. I like to use the plates and/or bowls with the ruffled edges, but you can do whatever you desire. I'm making one with a straight edge cobalt blue shallow soup bowl, a ruffled amber glass bowl inside. I used galvanized pipe for the stem and wire for the leaves for the one you see here. The red center is actually plastic rather than glass. It was a lid on a small red plastic bowl. I'm using the bowl part on another flower.
