Hi donnainnc sure the ears and paws are cut out of a extra lid here is a bigger pic I use a black sharpy to do all black outlineing.They super easy the mouth has to be cut out and watch out not to cut them teeth hehehe.Let me know if this pic isnt big enough ill make another.

thank you so very much I am a cna and take care of a sweet little lady and she loves stuff like this and wanted to make her one to put on her porch post where she can watch the little birds from her bed. so thank you so very much. I made your watering can planter but mine just does not look as good as yours but I love recycling.

Craftylady the lanterns are the off ones you buy and they came with the bent hangers I just put them in my pipehole and they fit I used small black pipe 5feet tall .Super easy had funny doing these.The bottem pot is a large pot halfway in ground.Donniainnc if you dont like to paint you can find really pretty flower stickers for your watering can I spray paint mine then add paint and stickers then just seal really heavy .Thx all post yals pics .
