My neighbor had an old child's swing set and I salvaged the tubes. The longest one is 82". Actually they are not that heavy and do move in the wind. The amazing thing is the bowling ball also swings - no kidding. It is a muted sound and really does not make a lot of noise. My DW asked me if I was going to paint them - NO!

WOWZERS!!!! How great is that. I'd hate to be a burglar and bump into that in the middle of the night!!!! Guess you could say you created your very own alarm system. I agree, Shed updates would be great.

Wonderful!!
Somewhere I acquired a BB with a chain attached, and
it is hanging from a shepards crook. Never thought about adding conduit to make a windchime.
Will have to do that!

OMG! I love this! The wind up here in the high desert can get up to 50+ mph! Our neighbors love yard art, they would be so envious.

I love it! My favorite wind chime of all time was another huge one made of empty bomb casings. It was in a public garden next to an air force base. Nice low tone :-)
