Beautiful work, I love the butterfly 1 too!! Nice way to use up some of your glass that doesn't fit into your totem plans. Any of those would look lovely on a table with real or silk flowers or even décor grasses in them. TFS Jan

I really enjoy making these vases and they are a handy thing to have 'on the go' that I can do when it's too cold to go out into the shed to do some gluing up! (Yep, it's settling into a nice wet winter over here! :))

I had to work in the 'craft co-op' in our local town the other day and it was so 'quiet' I was able to make a couple more vases as I sat there waiting for customers! I'll attach photos of my latest 'creations', which include: (1) a new technique that I have 'discovered' all by myself, which I call "rough wrapped vases", where I've roughly wound some home spun wool around a vase with NO thought of being neat! LOL! I don't particularly like the finished product but I had fun playing with the wool! LOL! :)
(2) a champagne flute with an embellishment from a silver necklace I got from a garage sale that I pulled apart!
(3) Another string wrapped vase, also with an embellishment from a 'garage sale necklace'
