It's that time of year again! Many fairy gardens

Gearing up for the garden fair I participate in this weekend! I have 101 planters and 5.5 pr. of planted shoes! They range in size from a 3X5" index card box to a full sized wheelbarrow. I am looking forward to going on vacation next week! I may just sleep the whole week away! Here's a sampling - tons more pictures at the link below.

This little fairy is taking a rest from her bicycle riding. I love this yellow speckled roaster pan found at a garage sale!

Lots of gnome pans (people love them!)

And one of the wheelbarrows (picked up off the curb by my daughter-in-law for me!)

Lovely. I wish I could find all the wonderful containers and wheelbarrows that you manage to find! Please be sure to let us know how you do at the fair. Thanks for sharing.

I love your fairy gardens and I was inspired to make one last year. Do you drill holes in the bottom of the containers for drainage or use gravel and limit water?

thanks all! frankielynn, these are made for outside - so yes, they have holes in the bottom.

How did I miss this post Luvs? I ALWAYS love your fairy gardens....you have so many great ideas and they look so healthy and whimsical! Great job...hope you did well at your show! Once again, you are QUEEN of the fairy gardens!

Thanks all! It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend here in Ohio - just perfect for the garden fair! I did fabulous! The garden signs didn't sell as well as I had hoped, but did sell several. I brought home about 30 planters out of 101 and have them listed on Craigslist and Facebook trying to sell them this week. Having the fair on Father's Day sure hampered the Sunday traffic - it was a slow day. Saturday was swarming tho. It usually is the weekend before Father's Day, so it was different this year. I think that is why I have so many containers left. I will probably also do a farmer's mkt. to move the leftovers - I do that every year. Looking forward to a long weekend/mini vacation and hope to get in some R&R!
