| I am selling these at a local ice cream parlor so they are in a temporary stand for sale. It's just an upside down milk crate screwed to a large chunk of wood. Then I drilled holes in the wood to set the stems down into. So they go thru a hole in the crate and then down into a hole in the wood to be stable. =) The leaves are cut from a sheet of copper. I just drew a leaf shape (skinny on both ends for ease of attachment to the stem)on the copper and hand cut them with tin snips. Then I predrilled both the leaves and the stems and attached them with "zip" screws. You can bend them easily to whatever kind of curves you like. I am really loving these projects!!! |

Beautiful! I love the leaves. Are they not sharp? Did you paint the back plates, on the back side? An ice cream parlor - how perfect! Kathy |
