My son, granddaughter and grandson just moved into a house we purchased as a rental...next door to hubby and I. At first, it was just my son, so we called it Mike's house..then my college-age grandson moved in, so we called it "the guys' house" which worked out fine until my ganddaughter moved in as well. So, we started calling it "the Shire"..I've GOTTA make a sign like yours and include an arrow point their direction! So cute!

My parents bought a summer cabin on the Russian River in '56 (the year I was born!)
There are STILL these signs at each street!
Of coarse, our hill went from "Heroin Hill" to "The Terraces"! LOLOLOL Nancy
