| Ladies ~
I've salvaged tree trunk segments from a neighbor who had one cut down. The largest is approx 15"x19" across the top & about 30" high. I need ideas with pictures so that DH & I can collaborate. I've thought of planters and stools/benches. Do you have any suggestions? Slicing into steppers is not an option b/c we don't have a chainsaw, but almost anything else should be do-able. ~ freshair |

| Lucky you getting those tree stumps! I have no ideas other than putting plants on them, I just love how they look in the garden. hugs, Karen |

| Bury them at various depths ... so they make a backgrd border for flowers & they are wonderful "stepping stone logs" for kids/g'kids! DH & I did that in my secret garden behind my log swing & they lasted several yrs...as they've rotted I've just added plants inside the cavities...they blend right in with all the plants! Have fun with whatever you decide to do! Jeanne S. |
