dragon fly!!

I made my 1st ceiling fan dragon fly. Only cost me 2.50. I don;t know how well it will survive outside (I can see the wind ripping the wings off) but I love it.

I think it is pretty great too. I would think it would be fine outside on a fence or some other support.

It's great!
We went to a factory that made fans Many years ago, and bought a LOT of reject/discontinued fan blades. We did about 25 shows a year, so used many of them, but I still have some, and just this past week was thinking of make a dragonfly. You have inspired me, and now maybe it will get done.

I had to go into your photobucket album to get a good look at that. That's really cute and a lot bigger than I first thought it was.
