The patio lights are the only garden-related
thing that I have seen. A Hole was drilled and
a string of minilights were inserted. If you google
block lights, I am sure other things will come up.

Type in glass blocks in the search bar for some ideas. They are also pretty just sitting around in the garden for light and shape.
