Double Orange Daylilies

| I bought these when they were selling out at the end of the season and I have had them for two or threes years now. They are quit happy in the front garden. |

| great photo. I can't remember if it is Kwanso or Flora Pleno. I believe they have triple chromosome counts, so they are difficult to use in hybridizing, but you can try. There is also a variegated Kwanzo-I have one. They spread by root running and can become a bit invasive. Double daylilies are my favorite. |

| I have them surrounding my yard and around the outside of my property along the road. They are very prolific. A friend had a small garden spot she wanted dug out. I took them all home, divided and planted. It has been maybe five years, I have divided them many many times over. They are a favorite with the walkers in my neighborhood. We are about two weeks out yet until they will be blooming. |
