is it a daylily or jacks beanstalk?

Curious to know if hybrids get this tall if I were to mix them in. I'm 5'10", that's my shoulder and yes I'm standing. Lol

The hybrids that I grow in my yard don't get that tall. The tallest ones I have are only about 4 feet to the top of the bloom. Now, my orange species daylilies do grow that tall, so I'm guessing that's what you're standing beside.

Yup, it's a Tawny.
