I'd just put him in the garden as is, where he looks like he's peeking out from some flowers or bushes. LOL.

Very cool as a birdbath (as a birdfeeder the birdseed would cover him up too much) or just as is in the garden like Karen suggested. Great find!

I would put the single plate on a short post (like
the plate flowers, but short) and have the cat
peeking through the flowers and bushes.....
A wonderful plate!!!!!!
Especially 'cause I like cats!
