well, some people use them to make large scoops for garden dirt...think it was posted a while back. Or maybe a clock. Or maybe a weapon...lol.....like to bonk a person who spoils a surprise.

I've always wanted to make on of the painted fry pans - you paint (usually) a face on the bottom, then it hangs very nicely. One that I saw was a gingerbread face.

Will it be an animal sculpture?

Oh I've seen people make bird baths out of old pans. It's quite easy, all you do is remove the handle, drill a hole in the center, add a washer and rubber ring and attach it to a post.

Wow! I like Calamity's fry pan. Sounds like we should all go buy some, lots of options!

Just another thought - I could use an old frying pan as a fly swatter in my yard --- I think the mosquitos here have evolved into flying vampires .... LOL

Toomuchglass, that frying pan is gorgeous! I have seen mosaiced ones but nothing as pretty as that.

Sprout, you might have a great idea there. I alway see old grudgy frying pans at thrift stores. Maybe I will pick up a few.
