I inherited a couple of these little elf guys from my grandmother. She called them her "pot elves" and had them in sitting in her house plants. I do remember that she was always careful to remove them before she watered her plants. I have them in a curio cabinet, I have a cat that likes to fish "toys" out of my house plants to entertain herself.

Oh I love your little pixies! I have some for Christmas that I set on picture frames etc. I just love old things and those are sweeter than sweet. Hand washable only as the paint especially red will come off

My mom did ceramics when I was little. I remember these guys! We called them pixies.
