I experimented ! The fist pic is the copper butterfly I cut out and embossed with the end of a paintbrush & a ball point pen.

After I applied heat with my little butane torch -
( I got alittle too heavy handed with the torch - took off more color than I would have liked.)Oh well .

I'll assemble it later - I just wanted to show you !!

WOW! Love the way it turned out! I don't think you were heavy handed at all...looks great! Can't wait to see it assembled.
