That is one BEAUTIFUL birdhouse! It would be "decor item" if I had it, LOL. Actually, the birds here don't use houses and I don't know why. Guess our nice weather during Fall thru Winter makes them unnecessary, and Spring-Summer too hot. I've always put out a few birdhouses whereever we lived around Phoenix. In town and in the country, and no bird ever wanted a home. :o(
But I like to use birdhouses for decor so that's ok.

I wish my DH would be into making the birdhouses like I want to have. They'd definitely look something like this!!! I love ornate (& with rust). Love that pillar you found & I would have snatched that right up too!

That sure is a dandy! Beautiful condo for some lucky birds. I'm hoping to make some birdhouses soon but they won't hold a candle to this one. Thank you for the inspiration.
