Reminder to use one thread for one idea

Hi,

I just wanted to remind everyone to use only one thread if you can for each idea or each day of that idea, at least. This is because each page holds 30 threads (no matter how many posts/messages in the threads), and as we post new threads old ones drop off the bottom of the last page and are gone. Another reason is that threads get separated depending on the message pattern and having it in one thread keeps the related stuff together. Its nice to be able to use the search function and go back a few years and find things again.

If you forget to say something and have trouble adding a second message/post, you may need to change the "Subject of Posting" line. Also it is a nice touch to post a hot link in the Optional Link URL line if you are referring readers to another site. Just don't forget to Name the Link or it won't show up. I don't know why, but sometimes the Optional Link URL box doesn't appear until you preview the message, and you can add it in the "form to make corrections" which is under your preview.

Thanks,
Kathy

Actually the last page seems to have 21

But there is a finite amount anyway!
Somewhere around 2000 it looks like.
