Congratulations on paying off your car. I hope the health and job problems get better soon too.

I need to get a new job in January. I've never felt worried about getting hired SOMEWHERE before, even if not my ideal. But now at my age and hearing about others experiences, I'm concerned.

If he qualified for unemployment wouldn't the state disability take over? When my husband was injured while on unemployment here in NY he qualified for state disability as he could not look for work.

Ya! I NEEDED to hear some good news...I have just had a BOMB hit me in the way of Hubby confessed a tidbit to me and I feel shellshocked so good news helps me to see that this too shall pass! Thank You for sharing! Jane
