| This is so neat ....A friend I chat with another forum showed me these because she knows I like stained glass.
These have to be spoons . I really like these ! I can just picture a Mobile made with these ! |
Follow-Up Postings:

| Those are adorable! Do you flatten the spoon first, or leave it curved? |

| They look flattened to me . I'm telling ya - if you have enough spoons - you could decorate the world !!! |
| and once again we found out who has been taking all the spoons from the local thrift shops. those are seriously cute though, and make me wish I worked with stained glass. |
| I would think the bowl of spoon is left so the raised part is the head & the dragonfly has dimension not a squashed look. I had gotten a stained glass dragonfly pattern off the web somewhere with a tablespoon & it was not flattened, I have all the pieces in a plastic bag as GF & I were going to make them(things got in the way)Jan |

| I'm wondering about the wings. Do you think they are soldered on? Other than the wings, they would probably be easy to make. |
| Luna, you could probably Welbond the wings on. Or use gauge 24 copper or stainless wire to attach. Jan |
| These are so cool!! I don't think this will be one project I will try to tackle though, but goodness knows I should with all the spoons I have. |
| maybe they are disappearing (spoons) into back yards and garbage disposals. I found if you go to Dollar Tree you can get 4 in a pkg for a dollar....for this type of item, they would be great. I love these dragonflies. |
| Does anyone have a picture of it? |
