A state fair in Hillsborough county Florida is having a recycled garden art contest. The dates are Nov. 4 to Nov. 8.
Attached to the article is a picture of a beautiful ship made from blue water bottle glass.

I gotta say the duck that almost won top prize last year is adorable.

What would they do if they let us enter?? Sit back and scratch their heads over which one would win. Then they'd have to create categories for glass, ceramic, metal, fabric, etc... not to mention the big stuff-- greenhouses, potting benches, bed benches.
Then there would have to be sub-categories, for plate flowers, BB's, teacup feeders and totems. (the totem that won last year is small potatoes to the ones I see here)
Honestly, I don't think they're ready for us. lol

I don't think they'd know what hit them if the talented folks here entered! Egads! You would all put the pottery birdbath to shame.
