I spruced up my "Ol Wringer Washer" for the coming holiday's! Not sure if I should run some lights through it or not?

It looks great as is, but lights would extend its display time with it getting dark so early. I just love how lights look especially at this time of year.
The washer is such a fun thing to have. I like your bottle tree too.

I vote for the lights too, even though it looks great already. I love the cattails and pine cones.

Girl, You are deckin' the halls!!!!! Now I'm excited.

I keep trying to type this with a poodle head on the keyboard. (Does that make it a "head board" now?

twotoomany-Well, I think it looks great just like it is. BUT a string of white twinkly lights will make it sparkle at night. Is it in a place that you can enjoy it from a window or passers by can see it? When I cut back all my terra cotta pots by my front door and put fake poinsettia flowers in them I run a long strand fo twinkly lights through them. IT give it such a pleasnat feel. Have fun with yours.
Love, Jules

I agree that a string of lights would make it a very pretty display both day and night! Great job with the arrangement!

Very nice "spruce" up! Lights would even give it more "glitz!" Went to a craft show today & saw an old metal washtub filled with greenery & mini-lights...so someone else is thinking like you! I'm going to dig out my washtub on legs now! Thanks for the inspiration...been putting the GJ away for the winter...but now can bring some out! Jeanne S.

Love your washer's holiday finery, especially the large cattails! Look just like the ones in So. Dak.! I'm with all the others & think lights will make it lovely at night too!!Jan

Love the wringer washer! The arrangement is great too.
Lights would probably be good...

Like your name also--Mine would be
"tentoomany cats" LOL and those are just the strays
that I feed. I have 2 more inside cats....

Thanks for all the nice compliments! I did add some clear lights, I can see the washer from my kitchen window so now at night it's kind of fun cleaning up! You all are the best!
