I'm still new to color but so many people remarked that they didn't like the rusty look. I guess there is just too much of it around. No I did not make the fish. It was originally sold as a CD (or DVD) holder but I like it "as is".

Can't win 'em all.

It's harder for me to see it as a "whole" than when it was all just "rusty"...that's my "whatcha think?" ... but I haven't seen any work of yours, Robert, that I didn't like...this, too, is wonderful! Jeanne S.

I compared both and prefer the color. I think it gives the sculpture more depth.

I like it either way but the color will probably show up better in the garden. I sure love that spider in the background! And that's coming from someone with arachnophobia!
