what kind of grass is this?

Hi I saw some really neat grass in someones yard and am trying to find out what it is. It's very bright green and seems to grow in mounds. it seems also like you never have to cut it. I am trying to do some landscaping in flower beds and want to put this in there. the link is below to look at it. Thanks!

i have another picture link too, someone said it's called zoysia grass, but other google searches have brought up stuff that doesn't look like it, are thee different types of zoysia grass? thanks!

I don't know--it kind of looks like some kind of moss. But I'm just a beginner so I'll defer to Texas-Weed and Dchall_san_antonio and other knowledgeable experts here. Moss grows well in acidic soil.
