Hello, new here, I had not performed a search as I thought my question was a little specific to me. I bought my house a year and a half ago in central new jersey. To the side of the front of the house, I believe someone planted zoysia which I believe started to blend with tall fescue or maybe a sun and shade mix. The back might be a sun and shade mix, but to be honest it's mainly just weeds mixed in with grass. The lawn is pretty crumby looking and this being my second summer, I would like to attempt to make my lawn look like I at least care. Having mentioned the grass mixture in the front, should I stick with tall fescue or Should I overseed with zoysia?
