No issues, but it is just Fecue. Most fescue grasses (turf-type) look the same for the most part. Why are intereste in Fescue? You're in Mass, what's wrong with Kentucky Bluegrass or Fine Fescue? (if you have shade issues?)

Rebel is perfectly good brand for tttf. However, compared to kentucky bluegrass or fine fescue... It tends to grow faster. It needs to be overseeded regularly. It tends to look a little courser. It should stand up to the shade better than bluegrass though.

I'm picking TTTF because I have shade & I want it to tolerate traffic. I read fine Fescue doesn't tolerate traffic as well as TTTF.

If you look at the label on the bag you will see what varieties of grass makes up the mix. On Seedland they list 39% Rebel Advanced TF, 25% Rebel IV TF, 20% Brockton TF, and 15% Razor Red Fescue. Of course the mix usually changes yearly, and sometimes midseason. The Rebel variety seeds are usually rated as pretty good, not sure about the Brockton, and Razor is a perfectly acceptable red fescue. Your label may be different of course, but as long as there is 0% weed (especially poa annua) you should be fine using that seed.
