Soybean meal - great results!

Happy Friday

Just wanted to post my results after applying soybean meal in February and March - impressive! My husband has been humoring me and has also been impressed.

I put it down for the first time in February and there was a definite stinky-sock odor for about 2 - 3 weeks. About a month alter I put a second application down and it only smelled odd for a few days and not nearly as strong as the first.

Now the humorous part is that my husband would only pick up one bag at a time and I ran out about the same place on both applications so there is a clear line of treated and untreated lawn:

The photo is not great, but there is a substantial difference. My husband was so impressed that he offered to get two bags the next time so we can treat the entire front yard.

Thanks so much for the advice!

That's a sensational difference in appearance. Very well done!

I think I'll follow your lead and leave part of my lawn unfertilized next month, so I can marvel at the difference too, I hope.
