| This is more specific to Northeast where cesspools are more common.
I had to have new cesspools installed and now have a ~20 x 40 area of yard with a layer of rocks and dirt with settling. I plan on giving it 6-8 weeks to settle. I know I will need 6 - 7 yeds topsoil. I am looking for guidance on the correct procedure on how to regrade the area with topsoil and reseed. Do I have to remove the larger rocks? All of the rocks?? Thanks for any input!! |

| Did they remove 6-7 yards of soil to build the cesspool? I'm not sure how that works. How deep is the current soil? Soil takes 3 years to settle. Rocks settle much faster ;-) |
