| I overseeded my lawn in late December last year. Today, I found out my "extra helpful" neighbor scored a 2 for 1 deal on core aerating, so he went ahead and had my lawn aerated along with his. Will this cause much of a problem with the overseeding I did last year?
I also, when should I put down fertlizer? Lawn temps are 52� and climbing fairly quickly with the unusual temps we are having. |

| You should fertilize after you have mowed real grass (not weeds) for the second time. Then you can be sure your roots are awake and taking up nutrients. Before that you would be wasting the fertilizer on the weeds. |
