The only turf type grass that will remain green all year in KY is fescue. You'll have to be sure you kill off all the bermuda before seeding with fescue. In fact I'd wait until fall to seed the fescue. Can you wait that long?

we are trying mini white clover first it seems that it supports other lawns as fescue, while we wait to see if the black plastic killed the Bermuda. thanks, had good stand of creeping red that prevented the Bermuda.
