new lawn advice (seeded late last fall)

I seeded my northwest Iowa lawn really late last fall and it germinated so I could see a green "sheen" and then it froze. Now in the spring I am seeing a little green coming but not widespread yet. soil temp are in the low 40's now. should it interseed? rip it up and re-seed? or just wait a while? Thanks

What seed did you use? Grass doesn't really freeze but it can be affected by the cold.
