Grass identification (bermuda + ?) (big picture warning)

I have two areas of my lawn that need to be either seeded or have sod installed (terrain rework and new cement walkway).

The one on the right is in 99% of the lawn, however I have patches of the one on the bottom left here and there (4-5" spots) I want to get as specific as possible so I can replace with hopefully the one on the right via seed or sod to match the rest of the lawn.

The grass at the lower left producing those seed heads is poa annua, or annual bluegrass. It is one of the most persistent yard weeds on the planet. It is a winter annual, so it should die out in the summer, but those seeds it lays down will germinate this fall, and produce seed heads next spring. It can tolerate very low mowing heights, down to putting green heights.

OK on the bottom left is Annual Blue Grass and is a weed. Like it or not you are stuck with it unless you use pre-emergence herbicide year round and even then some will come up. It will die out when it gets warm.

The rest is Bermuda grass.
