Grass Identification Help Please!

I joined this forum recently because I am unable to find out what kind of grass I have using various grass identification sites. I think my confusion is because I have several different grasses in my yard so I am hoping that someone out there can let me know what I have. It appears be mostly tall fescue but the 3 (4?) seed head that is all over the lawn is thowing me off. I have two picture of what I believe is tall fescue and one pic of a seed head (I think that is the name) that seems to be....Bermuda?? I live in San Diego, CA and would like to identify the grass so I know how to take care of it (new homeowner - first time with a lawn). THANK YOU!!!!

Yes, thank you! I tried the ID tool the other day and it didn't help much - did not give me a conclusive answer. It was also difficult for me to identify all the different sections......if there is someone out there that can help identify it through the pictures, I would really appreciate it!

The long picture on the right with the seed head is bermuda grass. With my limited knowledge of cool season turf I will go out on a limb and say the other 2 pictures are tall fescue.

Thank you SimonR! I thought the same but wanted to confirm it......now the search will be on to figure out how to maintain a tall fescue/bermuda lawn. Seems like an odd combo.....
