Grass still yellow vs. Neighbors?

We have Fescue grass on our lawn.
Zone 7 Central VA.
Winter was tough with about a handful's worth of sub-zero days.

We've been relatively mild since end of March & noticed that most of my neighbors' lawn have decent shade of green on their grass vs. mine which is 75% still yellow except it's green near the patios & concrete walk ways.
We all have the same type of grass & same lawn treatment company.

We had done aeration, overseeding & watered back in October. Lawn looked pretty good prior to the extreme temps vs. other lawns in the neighborhood.

The lawn treatment company said that my grass blades may just need a mowing to get rid of all the blades that were frozen dead from the extreme temps.

We haven't watered yet since the weather turned more consistently mild & the ground has been pretty moist - plan to at the end of this week.
The lawn treatment company has laid down 2 lawn fertilizer, pre-emerg treatments since February as scheduled.

Should I be worried?
Should I be concern?
