Lawn help

Hello
Looking for a little lawn help. Last spring I had a lot of poa annua and in trying to get rid of it I put down a product in the fall so could not reseed at the same time. My plan was to reseed this spring then redo the lawn (kill it all with roundup and start again) this coming fall.

I am looking for some help in what may be causing the bare spots between the clumps of grass. The grass should be tall fescue. My yard was overrun with crickets last summer--do crickets cause lawn damage. Or does this look like grub damage? Moles? Voles?
