Pre emergrent longevity, replanting

Last year, with the help of the very knowledgable folks here, I got started on a renovation of my lawn. I waited for the dead of winter and sprayed everything green with glysophate and am happy to report that most of the winter weeds have been brought under control.

Now I have bermuda (I think it's Mohawk) spreading over most of the area, (about 30,000 Sq.ft.) except for a slope next to the road (an area about 12'wide x 160' long) and in some fairly large patches where the fescue was killed off. I'd like to either plant more Mohawk or sprig with some hybrid in these areas, but on March 8 of this year I put down 150# of 0-0-7 with Dimension (pre-emergent).

How long should I wait before trying to plant seed? Can I sprig or plug with bermuda and get it to take root while the preemergent is still active ?

Pre-emergent can remain effective for 4-8 weeks. I have never read anything that indicates it would have any adverse affect on sprigs but I've never seen anything that has stated it has no effect on sprigs either.
