Hi all,
we started in April raking out the lawn to remove the dead grass, there was alot of it. We applied Lesco Professional Demension 0.15% crab grass plus fertilizer. about 7-10 days ago we applied second round (per package direction) Lesco Prof. turf fertilizer 25-0-6. Grass is greening up but there are still some dead patches in it?? is it simply just dead grass or could it be some sort of disease? Ack, no matter how much time energy and $$ we put into this lawn there always seems to be some sort of issue and mostly in the front of house where sun is strongest (SW facing). Also, out of nowhere all of these pictured weeds starting popping up..not sure what kind they are so need help there if you can too. We have irrigation and grass is mix of fescue/blue grass but I think mostly fescue.
