| I started my organic lawn care last year. This spring I started applying SBM. It was 12.50/50#. I have 250# left to apply and it is now 23.50/50#. Has anyone on here used rice bran? What is its value/application rate? |

| I could be wrong but I do not think Rice Bran has a very good protein content. |
|
| Usually about 12% protein, and in powder form. You'd be better off feeding wise and ease of spreading to go with soybean meal. |
|
| never heard about rice bran as a fertilizer...usually just eat it for it's benefits |
Here is a link that might be useful: rice bran
